Please note that the Floofy Crate is not suitable for dogs with significant chewing habits nor severe scratching (especially if you consider the acrylic door as it may
diminish the aesthetic of the gate). We do not as well advise the crate for pets whose head size closely matches the dimensions of the crate’s windows (approximately 1
inch) as it may pose a choking hazard
To ensure a smooth transition to their new environment, we recommend supervising your dog closely during the initial days of crate introduction, especially for very young
puppies, and carefully close the door so that they can get use to it. This will help your pet become comfortable and secure in its new space
When using the crate, ensure that the gate is securely locked to prevent your pet from accidentally getting out. Especially whenusing the crate in a new or unfamiliar
setting, double-check all securities measures

get assistance during this step or if you want to move it. When displacing the crate, always lit with your legs, not your back, to prevent injury. Keeping the crate close to
you body while lifting can also help manage its weight better

We generally recommend the S crate for dogs weighing less than 25 lbs, the M crate for dogs weighing 25-50 lbs, and the L crate for dogs weighing 25-50 lbs with a
height lower than 22". However, as each dog is unique, we strongly advise checking your dog’s measurements against the crate dimensions. To choose the correct size,
measure your dog’s length from nose to tail and his/her height from floor to top of head when standing. Add a few inches to each measurement to determine the ideal

Both doors slide smoothly and can be securely locked or stored within the crate, ensuring functionality and style for any choice. However, as no crate cannot be
completely escape-proof, we recommend reconsidering your order if your dog is prone to escaping and particularly clever
